ALL PRICES ARE IN Hong Kong DOLLAR.
We accept Paypal or Bank Transfer. Paypal is strongly suggested, which will give you much more protection and secured.
(2) ORDER
Check out at "our products" add the item you wish to buy to the shopping cart, then check out.
All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All orders have a processing time of two business days if the merchandise is in stock.
(3) SHIPPING

(4) RETURN POLICY
Every products will be carefully inspected before sending out to customers. Therefore, we do not expect any product replacement would be required under normal circumstances. Should there be any significant defects being found on the items from Seerostudio, customer should contact our service team at [email protected] within 3 days after the items were being received.
(count from Post Office tracking information), we would arrange for product replacement upon inspection.
SeeroStudio will only support same product type replacement, no refund would be allowed.
